Creation of performance management models, including governance structures, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics and data models to tie evaluation and compensation to clinical and financial objectives
Development of business cases to assess investments in technology, i.e., Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), referral management, including benefits quantification, cost benefit analysis, and board communications
